• Leave a review after your appointmentClients can manage bookings and permanently delete their account at any time within the app.
For Professionals (Stylists)• Create an account
• Build your professional profile
• Add services, pricing, and availability
• Upload images to your profile
• Receive and manage bookingsProfessionals subscribe to BeautiCall via a secure external payment page. Subscription payments are not processed within the iOS app.Professionals are independent service providers and are not employees of BeautiCall.

EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to create an account.By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.3. User AccountsUsers may delete their account at any time within the app through the account settings.Upon deletion, personal data will be removed or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.BeautiCall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.4. BookingsWhen a booking is made:• The agreement is between the Client and the Professional
• BeautiCall acts only as an intermediary platformBeautiCall is not responsible for:• Service quality or outcomes
• Cancellations
• No-shows
• Disputes between usersUsers agree to resolve service-related disputes directly.5. PaymentsClient payments and deposits may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.Professional subscription fees are processed through an external secure checkout page and are not processed through Apple In-App Purchases.BeautiCall does not store full card details.6. User ContentUsers may upload profile images, service descriptions, and other content.By uploading content, you confirm that:• You own or have permission to use the content
• The content does not infringe intellectual property rights
• The content is not unlawful, abusive, or misleadingBeautiCall may remove content that violates these Terms.7. Limitation of LiabilityBeautiCall provides the platform on an “as available” basis.To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, BeautiCall is not liable for:• Indirect or consequential losses

BeautiCall does not process payments, handle shipping, manage returns, or provide customer service for third-party products.Users are responsible for reviewing the retailer’s own terms and policies before making a purchase.
